Kohl's realty is commercial real estate brokerage firm that specializes in brokering acquisitions and dispositions of retail properties. The website, www.kohls-realty.com ("LRONLINE"), provides visitors and clients ("USERS") information about kohl’s Surplus Property.

USERS of LR ONLINE must comply with all of the terms and conditions laid out in this agreement. The right to view and use LR ONLINE is personal to the individual USER. The USER is responsible for all use of LR ONLINE, including registering or participating in any interactive features.

By visiting LR ONLINE, USERS agree that the use of LR ONLINE is at the USERS' sole risk. LR ONLINE is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error free. LR ONLINE is available on an "as is" basis. Changes & Modifications

LRhas the right to modify or eliminate any feature on LR ONLINE, including content, functionality, supported platforms / browsers / applications / etc, or equipment needed for access and use.

LR has the right to modify the terms and conditions applicable to USERS. LR will not notify the USER if the terms and conditions are altered. The USER is responsible to check back with this agreement to see if it has been updated. Concluding all terms and conditions, the date of the last update will be provided.

Equipment

USERS are responsible for possessing all materials required to access LR ONLINE, including computer hardware and Internet service providers. LR is not liable for any malfunctions or problems with the USERS' materials for (or after) accessing LR ONLINE.

Intellectual Property

LRrespects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our USERS to do the same. USERS shall not copy, use, modify, publish, or transmit LR materials, such as text, graphics, photos, animations, audio, video, etc… for commercial use. USERS do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading LR materials. USERS must seek written permission for the use of any LR ONLINE materials.

LR ONLINE may provide, links to other websites or resources. LR ONLINE has no control over such websites and resources, so LR is not responsible for the availability, content, products, services, advertisements, etc… on other websites.
